These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of houseozaki.com (the “Site”) and our mailing list, operated by Megumi Ozaki under the name House Ozaki (“House Ozaki,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or subscribing to our mailing list, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site and mailing list
The Site is an informational website about House Ozaki and its work. Our mailing list is an optional newsletter you can subscribe to for updates about our work, events, and studio news. Subscription is voluntary and free, uses a confirmed (double opt-in) process, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Site or the mailing list, in whole or in part, at any time.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, images, graphics, designs, logos, and the “House Ozaki” name and branding — is owned by House Ozaki or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
